Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Legal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting clients, and can balance administrative responsibilities with strong customer service.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 05:00 PM MST
Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients and leads
Schedule consultations and maintain accurate calendar management
Organize and maintain client database records
Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Draft and send contracts using MyCase
Perform outbound calls to support client engagement
Oversee email inbox and ensure timely responses
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic and client-focused approach
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- High level of commitment and reliability
- Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
