Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description:

Compensation:

Monthly salary ranging from $1,150 to $1,220 USD


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls with professionalism and empathy
Inputting and managing client data in Clio CRM
Delegating and recording tasks within the CRM
Drafting basic billing documents
Nurturing leads through thoughtful follow-up and connection
Supporting process development and documentation
Assisting paralegals with administrative tasks, such as records requests and subscription management
Using tools like Adobe for non-legal law firm work

Requirements
