Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive, self-starting Client Executive Assistant to support a growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, staying organized, and taking ownership of responsibilities without needing constant supervision.

No legal background is required. This is not a paralegal role, and no legal work will be performed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, communicates professionally, and can operate independently in a low-micromanagement environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 AM - 05:30PM EST

Monthly Compensation: 1,060 to 1,150 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct initial intake calls with potential clients

  • Help maintain a consistent online presence

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally

  • Gather and accurately record relevant client information

  • Schedule Discovery Calls as needed

  • Organize client documents and files

  • Assist with completed client billable work (non-legal, non-paralegal tasks only)

  • Maintain organized records and follow established workflows

  • Assist with basic social media posts as directed

Requirements:

  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong self-starter who takes initiative
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills (especially on client calls)
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal handholding
  • Reliable and accountable for assigned responsibilities

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
