Job Description:

As an IT Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our ongoing rollout and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across the UK, Nordics, and Spain. You’ll provide expert 2nd and 3rd line support, lead improvement initiatives, and explore the latest platform capabilities to drive business value.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in keeping up to date with the latest releases, researching and implementing improvements alongside our dedicated business partners. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where your ideas and problem-solving skills will shape how we work. If you have a background in finance or manufacturing—especially with AP/AR knowledge—you’ll thrive here.

You will join a high-performing team, working collaboratively across functions to simplify and optimize business processes while driving continuous improvement.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to our users across the UK, Nordics, and Spain, helping them get the most out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging new functionality and process efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with teams in Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to streamline processes and solve business challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including integration support
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to capture requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements that add real business value.
  • Promote best practices, maintain strong system documentation, and help raise the overall knowledge level within the user community.

Experience and skills:

  • Hold a relevant degree in Technology, IT, or Business, or possess equivalent professional qualifications.
  • 3-5 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a Business Systems Analyst, Application Specialist, or Functional Consultant role.
  • Solid understanding of core business processes across finance, manufacturing, or supply chain, backed by hands-on experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment where you've tackled real-world challenges and contributed to operational success.
  • Hands-on experience providing 2nd/3rd line application support and resolving system issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with confidence working across functions and countries.
  • Familiarity with the wider Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
