IT Career Hubis a certified EdTech center in Germany focused on professional retraining.
Our mission is to educate adults in the IT field, organize internships, and assist them in finding new jobs in Germany.
Due to our scaling efforts, we are opening a position for anIT Recruiterwith fluent English.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Searching for top IT professionals in the international market;
- Organizing and conducting interviews, assessing candidates' potential (managing at least 5 complex vacancies monthly);
- Coordinating and managing all stages of recruitment, from sourcing to offering;
- Maintaining the candidate database;
- Meeting monthly hiring targets;
- Preparing weekly reports on work done and offers made;
- Participating in the development and implementation of strategies to improve recruitment and retention processes.
