We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations team and support IPSY’s monthly subscription shipping and logistics program! In this role, you will complete analyses to plan, review, and improve IPSY's monthly subscription distribution. You will also work with internal and external partners to enhance the customer experience, coordinate the execution of our fulfillment program, and further develop internal review and reporting processes. Note: this is not a data science role, and requires about 50% of time working on more business strategy/operations. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will work closely with our warehouse and distribution partners, as well as with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Engineering
This position reports to the Operations Manager and can be fully remote from any of the U.S. states where IPSY hires (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting and forecasting models to improve IPSY's monthly Glam Bag distribution program
- Coordinate with IPSY’s warehouses and distribution partners to ensure service-level consistency across different programs
- Develop and implement processes to support scalability
- Identify operational weaknesses and drive innovation
- Support ad hoc analyses to drive strategic decisions within Operations
- Coordinate with other cross-functional teams to drive IPSY's business agenda
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative field required
- ~2 years of professional work experience in analytical, consulting, finance or engineering role(s)
- Supply chain or distribution experience
- Strong analytical skills (working with large data sets) and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, project management, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (SQL experience heavily preferred)
- Experience creating and optimizing business and operational processes
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on a team and collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders
- Flexible demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus, equity grants, and competitive benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills.
Salary Range:$70,000—$81,000 USD
