Sr. Data Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst with a strong background in data analytics and AI-driven insights to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI technologies, and will be responsible for generating actionable insights into business performance and user journeys using both traditional data analysis and AI-driven methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyze, and manipulate data from diverse sources such as Hubspot, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and other systems, applying AI techniques where appropriate to uncover deeper insights.
• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries to extract actionable insights and power dashboards, automations, and business workflows.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and machine learning models to automate data processing, enhance predictive analytics, and improve decision-making.
• Use data visualization tools like Data Studio to present data insights, incorporating AI-driven analytics to predict trends and support strategic initiatives.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data throughout Interview Kickstart, ensuring AI-based models and automated processes deliver reliable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, improve, and streamline data processes, incorporating machine learning or AI automation to optimize workflows.
• Analyze performance across digital marketing channels, using machine learning models to assess campaign effectiveness and predict future trends.
• Contribute to building AI-powered data models and dashboards that assist in business intelligence and strategic decision-making.

What would excite us?
