We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Partner Manager (Referral & Reseller) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our Referral & Reseller partners to drive sales and revenue globally; identify and onboard new partners; provide support and training to new and existing partners; and manage the sales and growth performance of those partners, whilst protecting Inspera IP and market reputation.
Reporting to the CEO Americas, you will work inside the Sales Operations management team, and be accountable for hitting growth and retention targets with your channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience in referral and reseller management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

More than 180 educational institutions worldwide are using Inspera to digitally deliver standardised tests, open and closed-book exams, final exams, and coursework assessments, on-site or in a hybrid/remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new resell Referral & Reseller partners globally.
- Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
- Detail business plans for growth by partner, construct legal agreements, (with Legal team), and hold partners accountable for meeting agreed targets.
- Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
- Drive company and partner KPI's and sales targets.
- Explain new products and services, plus commercials, to our channel partners globally as Inspera launches new products and innovations to the market.
- Reporting to Senior Executives, including Global CEO, CFO, CEO Americas.
Requirements
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software - Preferably HubSpot
- Excellent commercial acumen and referenceable sales growth
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the Reseller management field
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Flexibility to work across global time zones
- International commercial experience
