Healthcare systems across the nation face the immense challenge of a persistent and growing shortage of qualified clinical talent. This deficit directly impacts their ability to provide consistent, high-quality patient care, leading to staff burnout, operational inefficiencies, and compromised patient outcomes. For healthcare professionals, navigating the job market can be fragmented and overwhelming, making it difficult to find roles that align with their career goals, offer opportunities for growth, and support their overall well-being. Many clinicians feel unheard and undervalued, contributing to high attrition rates within the industry. The lack of a centralized, supportive ecosystem leaves both providers and facilities struggling to connect and thrive.

Ingenovis Health was formed to address these critical issues head-on. We are not just a staffing company; we are a family of specialized healthcare brands working together to build a comprehensive and supportive home for healthcare talent. Our mission is to solve the provider shortage by creating a seamless ecosystem where clinicians can grow their careers and healthcare facilities can find the skilled professionals they desperately need. We understand that our customers, the healthcare facilities, require a reliable partner who can deliver top-tier talent efficiently and transparently. That's why we've combined the strengths of industry-leading workforce solution providers with a technology-forward approach. Through our portfolio of brands—including Trustaff, Fastaff, HealthCare Support, U.S. Nursing, VISTA Staffing, and others—we offer a wide array of services, from travel nursing and rapid response staffing to permanent placements and specialized cardiovascular services. Our innovative ACT (Advocacy, Career, Tools) program is a cornerstone of our commitment, providing clinicians with resources for mental health, career development, and advocacy, ensuring they feel supported and valued every step of the way. By focusing on the well-being and career progression of our providers, we ensure our facility partners receive engaged, dedicated, and highly skilled professionals ready to deliver exceptional patient care.
