Job Description

  • The salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000, with additional commission (OTE: $75,000 to $85,000+).
  • Please note, this posting will expire on April 25, 2025.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year in sales or business development, gained through full-time roles, internships, part-time positions, or volunteer work, with demonstrated ability to proactively build and nurture professional relationships and manage sales pipelines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages, deliver confident presentations, and engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand client needs, respond thoughtfully to objections, and tailor solutions that advance the sales conversation.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining focus on high-impact activities.
  • Proactive and confident in engaging senior-level decision-makers, initiating outreach, and presenting value propositions through phone calls and virtual meetings.
  • Demonstrates resilience and ease in handling objections, building rapport quickly, and advancing discussions toward successful outcomes.
  • Must be based in or near downtown Washington, D.C., and willing to work from the office at least three days per week.
