We are looking for a HR Generalist to support Infinitas Technology. The HR Generalist provides operational HR advice to Infinitas Technology and supports with day to day HR processes in partnership with the HR Manager to help deliver and implement HR products and services to the stakeholder group. You will support the HR Manager with the people plan in function and also support the overall HR function within Infinitas and its Operating Companies to digitize and optimize HR processes using our new HR System.
You’ll manage employee related processes, including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding and talent management processes. As well as, be the second line of support to queries to HR services.
You will report to the HR Manager and work closely together with your business and other HR colleagues from Infinitas and its Operating Companies.
Responsibilities
Operational support in regards to the people plan in function, for example: recruitment, performance management, conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data.
Support Infinitas Technology in follow up with regards to Engagement Survey.
Second line of support to queries that HR services cannot answer immediately.
In charge of HR data quality for Infinitas Technology to make sure that we can create correct HR reports.
Support overall People Department of Infinitas with implementation and optimization and digitization of HR processes in relation to our new HR System.
Requirements
To be considered for the HR Generalist role at Infinitas Learning, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Experience with HRIS systems and tools
Proactive and thought-through approach to problem solving
Data-driven, takes initiative, able to prioritize without close supervision;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
