Bits of your job:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team across a variety of human resources functions

• Assist in coordinating and managing HR related projects and ensuring timely delivery of key tasks

• Conduct research and gather information as needed to support HR initiatives

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Being a final-year student or a recent graduate is considered an advantage; however, current students with a strong interest in HR are also welcome to apply

• Keen to details and strong sense of ownership and responsibility

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things changing quickly

• Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field

• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian and English

Bonus:

Previous experience in organizing work and/or projects is a plus

Salary: 1000-1300 €/month net
