🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and optimize SSIS, ADF, and Power Bi Reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Integrate data from various sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
- Contribute to data architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Microsoft data ecosystem.
🧠What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in SQL SSIS development, PowerBi report data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Dataflows Gen2.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team.
- A growth mindset—you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.
- Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus.

- SQL Server, T-SQL, Power BI (SSIS, Data Modeling, DAX, Visualization)
- Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines
- Azure Data Services, Dataverse, SharePoint
- Bonus: Power Platform familiarity, Python, Git, ALM practices
