Account Executive - Microsoft Solutions / Digital Transformation Consulting

Are you a driven, fearless sales hunter with a track record in Microsoft solution selling who thrives on turning cold calls into warm partnerships? Do you thrive on building new relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving digital transformation for mid-market/enterprise clients while closing deals that make a measurable impact?

We’re a 24-year strong boutique technology consulting firm helping organizations unlock the power of digital transformation. As we scale, we’re looking for a self-starter Account Executive to lead the charge in net new business development and help shape the next chapter of our growth story.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Own the hunt – prospect, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities.
  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing net-new B2B opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Leverage your network to open doors and build trusted relationships with IT and business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with our delivery team to craft tailored Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to a high-performance, values-driven team culture.
  • Consistently crush targets and celebrate the wins with a supportive team.

💼 What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Microsoft consulting cloud services or big-ticket professional services.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform, you speak the language of digital transformation.
  • A hunter’s mindset - you’re energized by opening new accounts and building from the ground up.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills - you know how to uncover pain points and position value.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Outreach to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • A self-starter attitude with the discipline to work independently and the drive to win as part of a team.
