Job Summary

Impiricus is scaling an AI-powered, ethical HCP engagement platform for life sciences organizations. As a Director ofStrategy & Operations, you’ll play a key role in turning that mission into scalable execution. You’ll lead high-priority initiatives, own cross-functional projects, and drive operational excellence across our fast-growing organization.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, is deeply analytical, and knows how to turn ideas into impact. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, marketing, sales, client services, and finance to ensure our goals are met efficiently and intelligently.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Design and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear ownership and execution
  • Develop and drive internal project plans and roadmaps for strategic initiatives—owning from kick-off through launch
  • Analyze business performance data to uncover opportunities and present actionable insights and recommendations
  • Drive optimization of internal tools, workflows, and reporting structures to improve scalability
  • Work with cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment across product, GTM, and customer success functions
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic planning, goal tracking (OKRs), and quarterly business reviews
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic reviews
  • Support financial modeling, budget tracking, and vendor/contract evaluation for operational needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to support long-term planning

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience, including experience in management consulting and in-house within a Strategic, Operational, or Finance role
  • Experience in high-growth, rapidly scaling environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Project management experience; able to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
  • Passion for improving healthcare and supporting physicians through better tech

Bonus Points

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting
  • 2+ years of in-house experience within a Strategic, Operational, or Finance Role
  • Experience working in an early-stage company or high-growth environment
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare, pharma, or a regulated industry
  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff office, BizOps, Strategic Planning, or Finance function
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required

The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000
