Job Overview:

The Strategy & Integration Lead is a pivotal role within the Operations team, responsible for driving strategic alignment, executing initiatives, and ensuring roadmap accountability across the organization. This role ensures that quarterly and annual planning efforts are translated into actionable, measurable outcomes. The Strategy & Integration Lead partners closely with the VP of Operations and the President to maintain momentum and accountability for the organization’s long-term goals, while fostering transparency and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, tracking, and reporting of quarterly and annual strategic roadmaps.
  • Ensure the president and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) actively support and monitor initiatives’ progress and adherence to target dates.
  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions.
  • Monitor and report on the status of high-priority initiatives in partnership with the project management and functional leadership teams.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate progress, risk, and dependencies.
  • Maintain internal documentation related to strategic initiatives and the planning process.
  • Support training efforts for non-strategy staff involved in roadmap execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Write strategic documentation tailored to both executive and operational audiences.
  • Analyze initiative-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply lessons learned to improve future planning cycles and execution frameworks.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between the VP of Operations, the President, and functional leaders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Strategy, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or project management within the ed tech sector
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leadership
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with strategic planning tools and project management platforms

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Certification in Strategic Planning, ROI Certification, Change Management, or Project Management
  • Experience with project management software
  • Training in organizational development or work process methodology
  • Heightened interpersonal skills
