We are seeking a Senior Manager, Program Delivery, to manage and grow ICF's utility business in AZ. The candidate will develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers and trade allies, contribute to portfolio and program design, and oversee program evaluation. The successful candidate will also build and maintain client and industry relationships, manage remote and in-house team members, and provide support in the development of new products and technical tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Business Admin, Environmental Studies or a related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 7+ years of experience in an energy or energy related field (experience developing, designing, and managing successful energy efficiency, electrification, distributed energy resource, and/or demand reduction programs)
- 2+ years of experience leading project teams
