ICEO is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our brand Linity. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for Linity
- Plan, create, and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and more
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling messaging and content that aligns with Linity's brand voice and target audience
- Manage and optimize Linity's online presence, including website, social media accounts, and other digital marketing channels
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify new marketing opportunities and channels
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing initiatives
- Monitor and manage Linity's marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their professional growth and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in content marketing and ability to create engaging and persuasive content
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data to measure performance and optimize results
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Prior experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
