VP of Product

ICEO is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the VP of Product. As the VP of Product, you will play a key role in driving our product strategy and leading our product team to deliver innovative and successful products to our customers. Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team of product managers and designers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their professional growth and development
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competition, using the insights to inform product decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product performance
• Drive product innovation by closely monitoring industry developments, emerging technologies, and customer feedback, translating these insights into actionable product improvements
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to foster collaboration and drive product success
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using the data to make data-driven decisions and improvements to optimize product performance and drive business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in product management, with a focus on software or technology products
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies that meet and exceed business goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
