Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement responsive, user-friendly web applications using React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, Project Management, and Testers to translate design concepts into functional web interfaces
• Maintain strong communication with UI/UX designers to ensure optimal user experience
• Implement SEO best practices and ensure all web applications are optimized for search engines
• Set up and utilize Google Analytics for website performance monitoring and improvement
• Work with QA team to implement and maintain automated testing solutions
• Optimize web applications for maximum performance, speed, and responsiveness across devices
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices
• Work effectively in a Scrum environment with regular sprints and deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or a related field
• 3-7 years of relevant working experience in web development
• Proven experience in modern web development:
• Strong proficiency with React and Next.js
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong portfolio of previously developed web applications
• Experience with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and CSS frameworks/preprocessors (e.g., Tailwind, SASS)
• Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and managing state in complex web applications
• Familiar with SEO principles and techniques to create search engine friendly websites
• Knowledge of Google Analytics implementation and data interpretation
• Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools and techniques
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience in developing customer portals, e-commerce platforms, and backend admin portals is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
