We are looking for a highly motivated and fully bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in both English and Spanish to support outbound lead generation and appointment setting for investment property loan products.
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Appointment Setting, or Outbound Sales
- Proven cold calling experience with consistent activity and appointment-setting metrics
- Background in real estate finance, mortgages, lending, or investment property financing strongly preferred
- Experience with loan origination, underwriting, loan processing, or mortgage support is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential investment property loans
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms, dialers, and loan-related software
- Excellent objection-handling and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
