We are looking for a highly motivated and fully bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in both English and Spanish to support outbound lead generation and appointment setting for investment property loan products.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to real estate investors and borrowers.
- Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
- Book and qualify a target of 10 appointments per day for the sales team.
- Educate prospects on commercial and residential investment property loan solutions.
- Identify borrower needs and gather preliminary qualification information.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with leads via phone, email, and SMS.
- Collaborate closely with loan officers and underwriting teams to support deal flow.
- Manage outbound campaigns using US-based dialer platforms.
- Maintain professional communication standards in both English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Appointment Setting, or Outbound Sales.
- Proven cold calling experience with consistent activity and appointment-setting metrics.
- Background in real estate finance, mortgages, lending, or investment property financing strongly preferred.
- Experience with loan origination, underwriting, loan processing, or mortgage support is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential investment property loans.
- Hands-on experience using: CRM platforms: HubSpot, PipeDrive, Go High Level Dialers: AirCall, CloudTalk, or similar US-based dialers
