About the Company
Our client is a U.S.-based B2B demand generation agency specializing in outbound-only marketing programs for enterprise technology companies. Operating primarily out of New York City, they manage campaigns across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Their mission is to connect technology vendors with key IT and business decision-makers through Qualified Appointment Setting, Channel Marketing, Event Recruitment, and Lead Qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to connect with business and IT leaders across North America, introducing them to our clients’ events and webinars.
- Register qualified leads for upcoming sessions and ensure they have all necessary event details.
- Use HubSpot, Dexter, and Nooks to track conversations, monitor progress, and keep outreach records current.
- Adhere to structured calling scripts and update the CRM after every interaction with precision.
- Strive to meet daily and weekly goals across:
- Registrations: Converting qualified prospects into confirmed participants.
- Attendance: Maximising event turnout.
- Call Volume: Maintaining consistent outreach numbers.
- Attrition: Minimising no-show rates.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bolivia
- Fluent English speaker
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Comfortable performing repetitive daily tasks with focus and consistency.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience (1+ year) in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting, ideally for B2B clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and dialling platforms.
- Proven ability to converse with North American professionals in tech or business sectors.
