Join our client-facing consulting team as a CRM & Automation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Pipedrive and Zapier to solve operational challenges, design scalable CRM systems, and build automations that improve how businesses manage leads, sales pipelines, and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting, RevOps, CRM, or operational role
- Strong hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM, including: workflow automation, CRM configuration, marketplace applications, pipeline and reporting setup
- Advanced Zapier experience with the ability to build reliable multi-step automations
- Experience working with B2B SMEs in operations, sales consulting, or revenue operations environments
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong process thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed, accountable, and highly organised
