Requirements
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies for customer acquisition and retargeting.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend strategically across campaigns.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking where needed.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
