Huzzle

Our story didn't start in a formal boardroom, but rather at the lively London Startup Fair in 2020. It was there that our co-founder, Parham, while representing a previous venture of our CEO, Ingmar, was met with an overwhelming wave of ambition from over 100 incredibly talented students. We were inspired by their potential, yet frustrated that we couldn't offer opportunities to all of them. This single experience planted the seed for what would become Huzzle. For Ingmar, who was a student in Switzerland at the time, the problem resonated on a personal level. He spent countless nights in his university's 'Makerspace,' a creative hub with a large whiteboard that became the canvas for our innovation. During one of those late-night sessions, the idea clicked, and the first version of Huzzle was born right there on that whiteboard.

We knew that a great idea is nothing without flawless execution. Ingmar immediately reached out to Parham, whose skills were essential for the journey ahead. Parham, who was deep in research on recruitment biases for his degree, was instantly captivated by the vision. The final piece of our founding team fell into place when we posted a role on LinkedIn. After reviewing over 50 applications, the second interview was with Amit. It was an instant connection. Amit's own experiences as a student made him deeply relate to the problem we were trying to solve, and he saw the immense potential in our idea. With our founding team united, we embarked on an intense three-month period of deep focus, transforming our vision from Google Docs and Figma designs into a functional product. We are a career platform that connects pre-vetted global talent with companies for remote roles. Initially a platform for students, we have evolved to help people find meaningful work faster and fairer. Our mission is to support students and graduates throughout their university journey and beyond, with the ultimate goal of helping them secure their dream role.
