We’re looking for a systems thinker and program leader to transform how HubSpot’s product content is built, managed, and scaled. In this role, you’ll own global content operations from asset governance to cross-functional delivery, and design the systems that help our teams create consistently great content that’s easy to find, use, and trust.

As a Senior Programs Manager, you’ll lead high-impact programs from kickoff to evolution, champion AI-powered workflows, and codify standards that bring our rebrand to life across templates, visuals, and messaging. You’ll align diverse stakeholders around shared goals, balance competing priorities, and create the clarity needed to keep programs moving.

If you see complexity as a chance to simplify, then this role’s for you. You’ll thrive here if you think strategically, move decisively, and believe the best content happens when systems are smart, ownership is clear, and ambiguity is turned into action. You know how to rally stakeholders, create clarity out of chaos, and keep momentum through crisp documentation and strong communication. Come join our team and build with us.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design scalable systems for product content management: Own how product content is organized, accessed, and governed across global teams
  • Lead strategic programming from start to scale: Drive complex, cross-functional content initiatives from kickoff to completion, ensuring clarity across teams and momentum through delivery.
  • Roll out AI-powered tools to streamline content operations: Implement smart systems that take the manual work out of maintenance, tracking, and updates to save time and create operational efficiency.
  • Set the standard for brand and design consistency: Partner with Creative to codify templates and image guidance that bring our new identity to life across all product marketing materials.
  • Run regular audits to maintain content quality: Systematically review materials to flag outdated assets, fill inventory gaps, and ensure everything reflects current messaging and brand standards.
  • Use data to drive content decisions: Build dashboards that show what’s being used, what’s working, and what’s missing so we can turn those insights into strategy.
  • Own how we track success: Define the metrics that matter and create reporting frameworks that show how content supports rep readiness, product launches, and our customers
  • Establish strong content lifecycle documentation: Keep teams clear on what’s live, what’s changing, and what’s next with well-documented timelines, milestones, and accountability.
  • Champion feedback loops that improve how we operate: Share insights regularly with stakeholders and build simple systems for capturing and applying team feedback, so our operations evolve fast with real input
  • Adapt and optimize across content types and channels: Lead programs that flex across topic areas and asset formats, finding opportunities to scale what works while tailoring for impact across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product.

Role Qualifications

  • 4+ years of program and project management experience, with proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across teams and time zones
  • Proficiency with Asana and other project management tools, with a strong ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects forward in parallel
  • Proficiency in data analysis and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Experience using performance insights to guide content optimization and strategy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience designing scalable systems and clear process documentation
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, or scale operations
  • Experience with content auditing processes and asset maintenance workflows
  • Experience working with creative teams to maintain visual brand consistency and template standardization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually

HubSpot is an AI-powered customer platform with all the software, integrations, and resources you need to connect your marketing, sales, and customer service. HubSpot's connected platform enables you to grow your business faster by focusing on what matters most: your customers.

Our Story

In 2004, fellow MIT graduate students Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah noticed a major shift in the way people shop and purchase products. Buyers didn’t want to be interrupted by ads, they wanted helpful information. In 2006, they founded HubSpot to help companies use that shift to grow better with inbound marketing.

Along the way, HubSpot expanded beyond marketing into a crafted, not cobbled suite of products that create the frictionless customer experience that buyers expect today. Expertly led by CEO Yamini Rangan, HubSpot uses its customer platform built on an AI-powered Smart CRM to help millions of scaling organizations grow better.
