Job Summary
• This role is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for key customers and designing innovative solutions aligning with their business and IT needs. The role uses advanced analytics to inform customer insights and shape product development based on market trends and expertise. The role collaborates across teams, navigates complex negotiations, and shares expertise with junior team members to foster their growth.

Responsibilities
• Fosters deep and strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing their business decisions.
• Leads the design of complex, innovative, and strategic solutions that address unique customer challenges and align with the organization's long-term goals.
• Develops and executes strategic account plans for high-profile customers, coordinating with sales teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, product management, marketing, and executive leadership, to provide insights that inform product roadmap decisions and improve overall organization strategy.
• Handles complex negotiations with customers, structuring deals that align with both customer requirements and the organization's objectives.
• Utilizes advanced analytics and reporting tools to provide in-depth insights to customers on the impact and value of the proposed solutions.
• Uses customer insights, market knowledge, and technical expertise to influence the direction of product development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Stays at the forefront of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market shifts, using this knowledge to proactively advise customers and guide the organization's strategy.
• Acts as a mentor to junior team members, guiding their professional growth, sharing deep product and domain expertise, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
