Hostaway is looking for a delivery-focused Engineering Manager to lead one of their most impactful product teams - the Booking Engine team. The role requires a strong foundation in software engineering, experience leading engineering teams, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will guide a high-performing team, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and create a culture of ownership, learning, and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager or in a similar position
• Strong foundation in software engineering
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a product-oriented environment
• Ability to drive execution: aligning team goals, managing delivery timelines, and removing blockers
• Track record of mentoring engineers and creating an environment where people can grow and thrive
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed/remote settings
