Requirements

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Zoom webinar settings and CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred)
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls to warm leads and managing high-volume DMs in a sales context
• Exceptional attention to detail; able to manage email segmentation, data tracking, and live event logistics simultaneously
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
• Availability to work a Sunday through Thursday schedule, specifically committing to the required Tuesday/Thursday evening blocks
