Paid Parental Leave

Health, Vision & Dental
The benefits package provided by HappyCo includes medical care through United Healthcare or Kaiser Permanente, dental through Guardian, and vision through Guardian. HappyCo pays 100% of the employee premium for a high deductible health plan through United Healthcare and also funds an HSA plan at $100 per month. HappyCo covers 75% or 80% of dependent coverage for the base medical plan.
