Role Overview

We are seeking a multifaceted Graphic Designer to serve as a creative pillar for our marketing efforts. This role is focused on producing high-quality "top of funnel" resources and professional collateral for both digital and print distribution. The ideal candidate is a proficient designer capable of managing custom projects from concept to final delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Custom Design Production: Create and manage custom designs using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Adobe).
• Marketing Collateral: Design professional flyers and brochures tailored for both digital and print platforms.
• Long-Form Content: Develop layouts for high-value resources including Ebooks, white papers, and case studies.
• Strategic Visuals: Produce specialized resources designed for the top of the sales funnel (e.g., educational guides for senior living facilities).

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva is essential.
• Design Versatility: Proven ability to handle diverse design requests, including digital assets and print-ready files.
• Deadline Driven: Ability to work efficiently to meet immediate business needs and project timelines.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures all custom designs meet professional standards and brand alignment.

Working Schedule

• Availability: Monday – Friday.
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time.
