Home office budget
By default, we offer each hire a modern laptop and appropriate accessories, along with a stipend of up to $750 to configure a home and/or office workspace.
Flexible Paid Time Off
Our policy of flexible, unmetered paid time off is intended to provide employees the ability to spend time away from work without worrying about accrued days or penalties.
Generous health, vision, and dental
Hex covers 99% of premiums for employees, and 85% for dependents for our base plan (Anthem PPO Gold, in California; exact plans vary by state). Employees are free to opt into other plans but are responsible for the premium difference.
Professional development subsidy
At the end of the day, the success of every company is built on the strength of its team, which is why at Hex we make an explicit effort to support the professional development of the folks who work here. In service of this, Hex will contribute up to $500 annually towards professional development opportunities.
