The Sr. Software Implementation Project Manager- Ascend is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the project management activities related to the implementation of Henry Schein practice management Enterprise software and services to customers. The role involves leading multiple/simultaneous implementation projects, resolving advanced customer escalations, and communicating with C-Level management both internally and externally.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of increasing responsibility in terms of professional experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent ability to professionally understand and diffuse stressful situations
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, CRM, SaaS applications, and internet browsers
- Excellent technical skills including (Network configurations, WANs, Citrix, Virtual Server, 3rd party ISPs, Windows SQL Server, hosted solutions, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including both inbound and outbound phone calls
- Excellent documentation skills
- Professional appearance and presentation skills required
- Practice management software and services including Henry Schein solutions experience preferred
- Project management experience and/or certifications (CAPM, PMP, Project+, etc.) required
