The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering insights, reporting, and process improvements that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency at Henry Schein One. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies, accurate forecasting, and clear visibility into business performance.
Requirements
- Typically 3 to 5 years of increasing responsibility in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Typically a Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline
- Proficient with CRMs (Salesforce/Hubspot) and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Domo)
- Understanding of bookings, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales process workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable manner
- Good understanding of industry practices and revenue operations concepts
- Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
- Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
- Understanding of bookings, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales process workflows
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
