Requirements
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in product operations, customer programs, or related roles
- Proficiency with systems, feedback collection, telemetry, and release tracking tools
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication skills with interpersonal skills
