Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a curious and driven Finance Business Analyst to join our team at HeadQuarters LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our accounting processes, optimizing workflows, and driving efficiency across the organization.

Working times for this positions: 9am - 5pm PST

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess manual processes within high-volume accounting workflows and develop strategies to automate and optimize these processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing workflows to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to streamline financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting functions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for accounting processes, procedures, and systems.
• Provide training and support to finance team members on new tools, processes, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role, with a focus on accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial systems such as Quickbooks, Sage and Oracle
