Junior Dispatch Associate

Position Overview

At the moment, we are in search of a Junior Dispatch Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our logistics processes within the dynamic cannabis industry. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, communicating with retail managers, and ensuring accurate information exchange between internal and external stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a rapidly evolving field while contributing to the success of our global start-up.

The working hours for this position are 9 am - 5 pm PST(6 pm - 02 am CET).

Responsibilities

• Communicating with retail managers via phone / email to schedule deliveries and confirm payment types.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about any relevant changes.
• Adjust internal and external systems with appropriate information.
• Regularly update and maintain records with retailer stakeholders (POC, intake days and hours).
• Use third party scheduling software to book deliveries.
• Follow, update and create delivery SOP per retailer instructions.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interested in gaining familiarity with the cannabis industry.
• Willingness to be a part of a dynamic start-up working environment.
• Clear and concise communication skills with openness to feedback.
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics roles will be advantageous but not mandatory.
