HCF, Australia's Largest Not-For-Profit Health Insurer, is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team. The hybrid role will focus on developing new business opportunities within the corporate market, promoting HCF's Health, life and other insurance products offerings to employees of new corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic plan to target new corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within these organisations, particularly within HR departments.
Promote HCF's corporate health insurance offering to these organisations as a benefit for their employees.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to the wider team on opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
Proven track record in business development, 2-4 years minimum.
Experience working in the health insurance industry or related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within Victoria and occasionally interstate
