We have a leadership opportunity available for an experienced Client Manager to join our Honan Strata team at Marsh, based in Perth.
You will be responsible for managing growth objectives through the development of new business and retention of existing business, specifically in Strata and Real Estate accounts. You will also manage and lead a team, while providing a strong contribution to the Strata and Real Estate business scorecard to ensure the WA team achieve agreed success measures and drive performance.
We will count on you to:
- Manage, develop and maintain relationships with Honan clients/ distribution partners by providing professional advice in all matters affecting their insurance program needs
- Ensure client needs are identified and met by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients
- Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals and claims
- Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in conjunction with account manager
- Develop and coach staff, and act as a daily escalation point within the team on broking and claims matters.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years relevant insurance broking experience
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualification
- The ability to develop and maintain meaningful working relationships at all levels
- Technical Insurance/Broking skills in accordance with RG 146 requirements
- The Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
