Role Overview
Join a dynamic team of professionals in the Project Delivery Group, responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities in the Northern Territory. This role will play a critical part in ensuring construction is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with cost and schedule objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead construction planning, methodology selection, and execution strategies, develop and manage Construction Work Packages, review and approve construction budgets, forecasts, and schedules, oversee constructability reviews, drawings, and specifications, and establish and implement construction execution plans.

Requirements
- Highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong background delivering major projects within heavy industry, resources, or industrial environments
- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety across all phases of project delivery
- Deep knowledge of construction practices, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership capability and experience managing large teams
- Technical expertise, commercial, and planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience (10–15+ years) in construction management within EPCM or similar project delivery environments
