ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary: The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow deployment, implementation, and integration, along with relevant certifications and training. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various ServiceNow components and a commitment to enhancing our IT service management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Manage ServiceNow components including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Release Management.
• Ensure the effective integration of ServiceNow with other systems and platforms.
• Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• ITIL 4 Certification is required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ServiceNow deployment, implementation, and integration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow components such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Release Management.
• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications or training in specific modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices
