THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Data Analytics Senior Specialist for our Martech team in São Paulo!

As a Data Analytics Specialist in our Martech team, you will take the lead in creating an optimal view for driving Marketing Operations. Your role will encompass designing and building various data models products, including dashboards, KPIs, and statistical models, all tailored to advance our business objectives. Moreover, you will serve as an educator, sharing your data insights with numerous teams to foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, data mining, and statistical models to solve complex business problems and drive strategic decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain large-scale data processing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement data collection and analysis policies to improve data quality and integrity.
  • Mentor junior data analysts in technical skills, analytical problem-solving, and project management.
  • Conduct thorough and ongoing analysis of the company’s data landscape to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create and present comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics and data science, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into company practices.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives and strategies.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant experience in a related field;
  • Solid experience in a data analytics role, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive significant business impact;
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.;
  • Demonstrated ability in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) to create impactful reports and dashboards;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights;
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring or leading teams;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in a business context;
  • Proven ability to prioritize projects, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines;
  • Able to communicate in Advanced/Fluent English.
