We are searching for a DEIB & Development Coordinator (Contract) who will serve as a member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging and Development (DEIB + D) Team that sits under the People & Workplace (P&W) Function. This cross-functional role will support both the GoFundMe & Classy Organizations. This role will act as administrative support to the team by assisting with the scheduling and coordination of our onboarding, training, and development programs, as well as serving as a point of contact for DEIB + Development Initiatives. Additionally, the role will involve facilitating training sessions, providing support for instructional design and course development, and assisting with the management of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring comprehensive support for our DEIB + D programming.

The role…

• Administrative Support:
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating New Hire Onboarding (NHO) live sessions and training events
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and completion for onboarding programs and E-Learning modules
• Manage Helpdesk ticket requests for Learning & Development (L&D) support, ensuring timely resolution
• Manage document and file uploading on LMS Platform
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Run pre-developed facilitated training sessions as needed
• Serve as a general point of contact for inquiries regarding DEIB + Development Initiatives
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination and execution of DEIB + Development initiatives
• Liaise between other People Teams to maximize shared initiatives
• Support for Special Projects:
• Provide additional support for ad hoc training design and implementation projects
• Assist with the management of Employee Resource Group (ERG) programming and operations as needed

You…

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in L&D, DEIB, or HR
• Project Manager Experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Suites and learning management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and professional development initiatives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional travel to SD

The hourly pay rate for this contract position is: $31.17 - $46.15 per hour. Due to this being a contract position, this individual will not receive benefits or equity. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
