Middle UI/UX Designer

Eloan is web and mobile platform for giving customers the payday or installment loans.

What should you do?

• be engaged in FinTech project;
• gather, summarize and process information from the customer;
• make a research and analysis of obtained information;
• support the customer in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements;
• present goals and core functionality of the project to the development team;
• create information architecture/ flowcharts/ persona;
• interact with customers and clarify details to specify the scope of requirements;
• create design for web and native mobile applications;
• work in a team with other designers;
• develop wireframes;
• create user interface;
• evaluate and improve existing projects.

What do we need?

• 3+ years of experience as an UX/UI designer;
• good skills in UX;
• strong skills in Figma tools (Components, Variables, Styles, Auto-layout);
• experience with MUI;
• experience with information architecture;
• research and communication skills to obtain information and understanding of systems, products, and requirements;
• UI skill, that can be demonstrated through a portfolio;
• ability to generate ideas and create prototypes;
• ability to define requirements in communication with the customer;
• ability to convince and discuss the relevance of features;
• experience in creating and supporting complicated design systems;
• attention to details;
• the portfolio that you are proud of;
• English — Upper-Intermediate.

Bonus skills:

• understanding the possibilities and limitations of the layout (HTML5, CSS3);
• experience in the FinTech (loans) business domain or big complicated systems.
