Field Support Representative

FarmSee™ utilizes the most advanced Computer-Vision and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, to provide pig producers with critical information that was previously unattainable, enabling them to make informed decisions based on real data from their farms.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in the field - including unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
• Ability to communicate with different kinds of customers efficiently.
• Functioning in a new environment.
• Proven experience in technical equipment installation.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel globally to various pig farms for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address technical challenges efficiently and effectively
• Proficient in Written and Spoken English.

Responsibilities

Equipment Installation:

• Physically install mounting equipment, cameras, computers, and network equipment at pig farms.
• Conduct thorough testing and calibration of installed equipment to guarantee optimal performance and functionality.

Onsite Training and Support:

• Provide onsite training to farmers on the installation and proper usage of our systems, including hands-on instruction on animal tagging and weighing processes.
• Provide onsite training to farmers on FarmSee’s requirements for animal tagging and accurate weighing.
• Perform basic maintenance of FarmSee's equipment on-site.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the necessary support for the utilization of our technology.

Technical Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to the installation and functioning of our system, providing timely and efficient troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to address complex issues and ensure optimal performance of our systems on the farm.

Product Improvement Feedback:

• Gather feedback from farmers regarding the performance and usability of our solutions, and communicate this information to the development team.
• Work with the product development team to provide insights into farmers' specific needs and challenges.
