Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential brands and businesses seeking support with their Amazon presence.
- Prospect and reach out to decision-makers within target companies to introduce our agency services and assess their needs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through outbound prospecting efforts, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct consultations and presentations to educate prospects on our agency capabilities and tailor solutions to their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with our agency team to create customized proposals and service packages based on client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Amazon's policies to position our agency effectively.
- Create engaging video content to capture the interest of potential clients, enticing them to schedule video conference calls with our Account Executives.
- Conduct proactive account audits and develop concise videos outlining strategies to enhance sales and optimize Amazon listings.
- Conduct email reach-outs and effectively manage communications to schedule prospective client interactions with our Account Executives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency services.
- Able to demonstrate with 4 to 5 years of related experience.
- Good understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central platform.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising (PPC) strategies and optimization techniques. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to generate ideas and effectively engage potential clients in meaningful discussions about their needs.
- Proficiency in recording video tutorials or audits to generate sales leads for our agency.
- Capability to manage appointments and handle email communication, efficiently collaborating with Sales Managers/Account Executives.
- Coachable individuals with an eagerness to produce videos for sales outreach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
- Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
