This role will be pivotal in the growth and evolution of our product suite, which is helping millions of users worldwide work smarter, safer, and more sustainably.

Position Overview:

As the Director/VP of Product Management, you will lead the strategy and execution of our product offerings in the EHS and quality management space. This is a high-impact role where you will drive product innovation, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and guide a team of product managers to deliver value to our customers. This role is ideal for a collaborative, data-driven leader with a passion for sustainable business solutions and customer-centric product management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Leadership:

  • Shape and communicate a compelling product strategy, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Own the product vision and roadmap, driving incremental value to customers while ensuring product-market fit, competitive positioning, and profitability.
  • Lead product development from ideation to launch, ensuring each feature addresses customer pain points, drives value, and contributes to financial growth.
  • Own P&L accountability for product lines, balancing customer needs with business goals and market opportunities to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven strategy for feature prioritization, backlog management, and product metrics.

2. Team Development & Mentorship:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Guide the team through complex product challenges, providing expertise and support to navigate ambiguous problems and achieve customer-first outcomes.
  • Promote a collaborative, results-oriented environment with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer support.

3. Customer & Market Insights:

  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights that drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Leverage user research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Balance customer-centricity with technical feasibility, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions that address customer needs and business goals.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution:

  • Partner with engineering, design, and sales teams to define and execute product features and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery, from feature conception through launch, adoption, and iterative innovation.
  • Manage dependencies and prioritize features, ensuring timely delivery of key product initiatives and optimizations.

5. Performance Tracking & Process Improvement:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and implement mechanisms for tracking, reporting, and reacting to performance data.
  • Use analytics to drive continuous product improvements and optimize user experiences.
  • Promote process discipline and ensure a robust “Business of Products” approach across all product functions.

6. Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure product alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Suite product leaders to align product goals with broader organizational initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external customers and partners to inform product development and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or an advanced degree is considered advantageous.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Director in a scaling SaaS application, preferably in the EHS, quality management, or human capital management (HCM) space.

  • Exceptional ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, aligning teams to deliver on product goals.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience in analytics, user research, and developing business cases for product decisions.
  • Expertise in gathering customer feedback and transforming insights into actionable product features.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership, customers, and technical teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
