Team Lead of IT

As a Team Lead of IT, you will own and drive our corporate IT operations and AI enablement function in a high-impact player-coach role. You will lead a team of three to deliver reliable IT operations and act as the company’s AI champion. You will identify, evaluate, and rollout AI capabilities, maintain the AI tool inventory, and define usage policies to enable fast, safe adoption across all departments.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in IT operations or leadership, with at least 1–2 years leading or coordinating a team.
• Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, etc.).
• AI Fluency: A genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and automation, with the ability to translate technical possibilities into business value.
• Vendor & Procurement Savvy: Experience managing SaaS sprawl, negotiating contracts, and handling vendor onboarding.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English & German (business fluent).
