Creative Assistant

As a leader in performance marketing on Meta, we are looking for a Creative Assistant who is passionate about digital trends and creative ideation to join our dynamic team.

As a Creative Assistant, you will support our creative director and team in developing effective creative ideas for our diverse range of e-commerce clients. You will be involved in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming and concept development to execution and analysis. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of the test-and-learn approach

• Assist in the development of creative concepts and campaign strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
• Support the creation of compelling content across various Meta social media platforms
• Help manage and update content timelines, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and creative ideas.
• Collaborate with wider team members to produce both visual content and copy.
• Participate in creative sessions for project kick-offs and reviews.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, apps, and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media techniques.
• Analyse campaign performance data and generate reports to assist in evaluating the efficacy of campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to creative teams, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a creative role, agency or related field.
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
